Learn the skills to become a successful business professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Business (BA) degree from Lincoln Memorial University. Our program is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) based on standards that require a school to demonstrate teaching excellence, so you can be assured that your education business program will be of the highest quality and value.
As you work your way through the business school curriculum, working closely with our expert and caring faculty to develop a strong foundational knowledge in general business principles. You'll also have ample opportunities to make the most of our School of Business student organizations, including the Club of Railsplitter Entrepreneurs (C.O.R.E.), the Marketing Club, and our Mu Kappa chapter of Delta Mu Delta, an international business honor society.
Seeking a secondary general business education licensure? This is the degree program for you. If you discover an interest in business during the later portion of your undergraduate program of study, the BA program may provide an appealing alternative to the Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (BBA) degree program.
Alternatively, you may be interested in the BA program with 6-12 Teaching Licensure. With the added secondary general business education licensure, you can complete the business core curriculum and the professional education curriculum requirements within 126 credit hours. This option will allow you to become a licensed educator in business for students in 6th through 12th grade. When pursuing this path, you will work in collaboration with the LMU School of Business and the Carter & Moyers School of Education.
